Would you mind confirming your e-mail, mailing address, and contact information?
Firstly, are you at all surprised that I would spend 40+ hours building a one-off web app to ensure I have your current and up-to-date contact information?
Of course you’re not.
To be fair, I did look into multiple tools—recommended and found—and most everything for helping manage “personal” relationships was low-effort, slapdash, and/or lead-gen for another product (like holiday cards, wedding registries, and the like). Or, they were strictly “business” and meant for salesfolk, influencers, and those who willing to pay commercial rates for a specialized CRM. This is a bear market and the Goldilocks I seek hasn’t yet bothered to set up shop.
Secondly, I care about my data (as well as yours) and am unwilling to upload my address book to Bob’s Free Contact and Spam-You-Later Service to get the job done. I pay for and manage my own servers, thank you very much.
Which brings me to the hokey-pokey (what this is all about): when you submit your e-mail address above, you’ll get an e-mail with a link that will magically port you back here to confirm the e-mail and mailing addresses that I have for you on-file. I would be grateful if you would take a quick look and, where applicable, update your information.
Many thanks,
Michael E. Gruen
Oh! One more thing: as you may have multiple addresses (physical and e-mail) that you use for different purposes, I’ve provided a way you can opt-in and out of receiving certain types of deliveries (invitations, postcards, professional updates, etc.) on an address-by-address basis.
